Who uses your data?

UnoExperience OÜ is the data controller. Contact: OneUnoCacao@gmail.com. We use your name, email, phone, delivery location, order contents and payment status to enter into and fulfil your order. Accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations.

Payments and delivery

Stripe processes payment details. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. The carrier receives the recipient and locker details needed to deliver your order. Website hosting is provided by Veebimajutus. See Stripe’s privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy for its processing and international-transfer safeguards.

Retention

Accounting source documents are kept for seven years after the relevant financial year ends. Other order and complaint evidence is kept for three years after fulfilment, or until a dispute and its applicable limitation period have ended. Enquiries without a purchase are deleted 12 months after the last contact.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object where the law permits. Legal retention duties may prevent deletion. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to Estonia’s Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.

Joining the newsletter is optional and separate from buying. We ask you to confirm your email address. Unconfirmed registrations expire after seven days. Subscription data is used until you unsubscribe; consent and withdrawal evidence is kept for three years after withdrawal. You can unsubscribe from every newsletter or by email.

Browser storage

Necessary browser storage remembers your shopping bag. You can remove it through your browser settings. This version of the website does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics.
