Measure
Choose 10–25 g of shaved cacao for a cup. Add about 200 ml water or your favourite milk.
Warm & whisk
Add cacao to warm liquid. Whisk or blend until smooth and frothy.
Make it yours
Try cinnamon, cardamom or a little honey. Pour, settle in and enjoy.
